Payment Terms
We are pleased to offer special savings and flexible payment options for extended stays, making it easier to enjoy a longer stay without having to pay the full rental amount upfront.
Extended Stays — 3 Months (90 Days) or Longer
Stay 3 months or longer and save 10% on our listed rental rate.
Please contact your host directly to arrange your extended stay and receive your special long-term rate.
To make longer stays more convenient, the total rental amount may be paid in four manageable installments:
A checkout cleaning fee of MX$920 / CAD$75 / USD$55 applies and will be included with the final payment due 30 days prior to check-in.
Extended Stays — 30 to 60 Days
Stay 30–60 days and save 5% on our listed rental rate.
Please contact your host directly to arrange your extended stay and receive your special extended-stay rate.
To make payment more convenient, the total rental amount may be paid in two installments:
A checkout cleaning fee of MX$920 / CAD$75 / USD$55 applies.
Shorter Stays — 3 to 29 Days
Reservations of 3–29 days may be booked and paid securely through our online booking platform.
Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your reservation.
A checkout cleaning fee of MX$920 / CAD$75 / USD$55 will be added to the reservation and paid at the time of booking.
Important Payment Information
All payments must be received by the dates specified above. Failure to make a scheduled payment when due may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the terms of the Rental Agreement.
The LANDLORD reserves the right to terminate the RENTAL AGREEMENT and cancel the reservation if a required payment is not received when due.
The TENANT(S)/GUEST(S) agree to pay any reasonable costs incurred by the LANDLORD in collecting unpaid rent or other amounts owing under the RENTAL AGREEMENT.
