Our well-socialized dogs, Rex and Lola, love greeting guests with wagging tails, while our rescue cats each have their own unique personalities. We’re proud to support animal rescue and understand that, for many travellers, pets are cherished members of the family. That’s why we’re delighted to be one of the few accommodations in Manzanillo that welcomes well-behaved dogs with prior approval.

Each booking allows one parked vehicle in the secured garage.(Based on availability)
Up to 3 children allowed with 2 adults. Per Night Surcharge applies for 3rd child (under 13yrs) (MX $100; CDA $8; USD $6)
Capacity is 4 guests per villa. Per Night Surcharge per guest applies to extra adults over 2 guests (MX $200; CDA $16; USD $12). Exceptions can be made for 5 people in the Villa. A large air mattress is available for extra sleeping accommodations.
No overnight guests are allowed.
Check-in: If you require an early check-in, please let us know in advance. Same-day early check-in requests will be declined. If we can accommodate, an early check-in fee of MX$423 Pesos applies, as an additional cleaner will be required.
Check-out: Check out time is 11 am. A late check out fee may apply unless special arrangements have been made. MX$425 ($35 CDA – $25 USD)
Once checked in, there are no refunds for early departure.
No unregistered guests: If you are booking for someone else and will not be staying, this violates the property’s policy. The reservation will be canceled, and the guest will be required to leave.
Visitors are responsible for their guests.
No parties or events – We prioritize a peaceful stay for all guests.
No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the property (MX$ 500 penalty applies per occurrence).
No food or drinks on the bed.
No loud noise between 9 PM and 9 AM.
No commercial motor vehicle parking on the premises or the street.
Respect the neighborhood.
Keep the house clean.
Wash dishes before check-out.
Stay near the stove/oven when cooking. Always check to ensure it is properly turned off after use.
Children must not be left unattended in the villa.
No children under 12 allowed on the pool deck without adult supervision.
Children wearing diapers or not toilet-trained may not use the adult pool.
Animals are not allowed on furniture and at no time can be left alone in the villa or on the property. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Failure to clean up after yourself: A MX$500 Pesos deep cleaning fee may apply.
Unauthorized parties or events: MX$1,000 Pesos fee.
Damage & security deposit may be required.
Failure to comply with the rules may result in immediate cancellation and eviction.
Lost & Found: We are not liable for items left behind. If valuables need to be returned, an MX$ 200 peso handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.
Energy Conservation:
Fans and air conditioners must be turned off when not in the villa.
Garage Opener Deposit:
A MX$ 1,500 Pesos deposit is required for the garage opener. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the opener in good condition.

Villa Jenny is beautiful, clean, bright and spacious. Comfortable beds, a wonderfully stocked kitchen and a separate washer and dryer space. Plenty of privacy at the pool. The hosts Ricia and Mike went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I had the best vacation, so relaxing for me and definitely will come back again and again.
The entire stay was very friendly. From the moment of contact to when they welcomed us, they were very kind.

The villa was very well equipped and in excellent condition.
We felt right at home at the place. Ricia and Mike welcomed us wonderfully; they are excellent people and very friendly. They were always very attentive and helped us with recommendations on where to eat. Also, the room was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is at an ideal temperature, the bathroom is very clean, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. We were very comfortable, so much so that we stayed an extra day. It’s also close to many services like gas stations, stores, and restaurants. Every time we come back to Manzanillo, we’ll stay there. We found the perfect place to stay.

Everything was excellent, the place is very nice, we did not have the opportunity to meet Ricia, but Miguel is an excellent host, we will return someday.
Staying at Villa Jenny has been a great experience, since the pool is a great plus, the water temperature is just right since it’s very hot in Manzanillo, the beds are very comfortable and they leave you many extra details in the house such as an icebox and umbrella that helps make your trip easier, it has a safe place to leave your car… you should consider that to get to the villa you have to go down some stairs, however when you arrive you feel at home! Thank you so much Ricia! I hope to return very soon ❤️

The place is located in a very quiet area, the house is beautiful and quiet, it is a very nice place to go to rest or go to spend the holidays with your family, the space is very spacious and enough for 2 or 4 people, the kitchen is well equipped in case you prefer to cook at home.
Mrs. Ricia was very kind and attentive to what we needed.
The only drawback is that the place feels humid and the smell can be stored in bedding and sofas.
We would definitely stay at Casa 700 Mangos again 🥰
